HOW IT WORKS

1. Read these terms.
2. Sign up through ThriveCart, the checkout provider we use. The sign-up form asks for your address, your phone number and a tax form (a W-9 in the United States, a W-8BEN elsewhere), asks you to agree to these terms, and gives you an affiliate dashboard.
3. Share the link from your dashboard. Use that link exactly as it appears there, not the address your browser shows after you click it, because the address after the click does not carry your affiliate ID.
4. When someone buys the course through your link, the sale appears in your dashboard. Once it is past its refund window, we pay you.

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Affiliate Terms ("Terms") govern the Travel Fee Playbook™ affiliate program (the "Program"), operated by Travel Fee Playbook™ ("we," "us," or "our"), 4308 Oak Chase Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76244. "You" means the person taking part in the Program as an affiliate.

By signing up for the Program, or by promoting the course with an affiliate link, you agree to these Terms. They apply alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where they differ on anything to do with the Program, these Terms govern.

2. WHO CAN JOIN

Anyone 18 or older may join. You do not need to have bought the course. The Program runs on ThriveCart, so ThriveCart's own platform terms also apply to your affiliate account.

We may close the account of anyone who breaks these Terms, as described in Section 7.

3. WHAT YOU EARN

You earn a commission of 10% of the price the buyer pays for the Travel Fee Playbook™ course, not counting sales tax, on each purchase credited to you under Section 4. The commission follows the price actually paid: 10% of $347 is $34.70 while the founding price lasts, and 10% of $497 is $49.70 at the regular price.

Commission is paid on the course only. Other products, including the optional strategy call, whether it is added at checkout or bought separately, do not earn commission unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

No commission is paid on a purchase you make yourself, whether for yourself or for your business.

4. HOW SALES ARE CREDITED

Your affiliate link is tracked by ThriveCart. A sale is credited to you when ThriveCart records it against your affiliate account.

If a buyer followed more than one affiliate's link, the sale goes to the affiliate whose link they followed last.

Tracking depends on the buyer's browser. If the buyer clears their cookies, or switches to another device or browser before buying, the sale may not be credited to you. ThriveCart's record decides which affiliate, if any, a sale is credited to, and we treat that record as final.

5. WHEN AND HOW YOU ARE PAID

A commission becomes payable once the sale it came from can no longer be refunded under our Refund Policy. For the course, that is 30 days after the purchase date. If the buyer opened a guarantee review within those 30 days, it is when that review ends without a refund.

Once a month, we pay every commission that became payable during the previous calendar month. We pay by PayPal or by Venmo, whichever you ask for. Venmo is available only in the United States, so affiliates outside the U.S. are paid by PayPal. We send the full commission amount. Any fee your account charges you to receive it is yours. You are responsible for giving us correct payment details, and we are not responsible for a payment sent to details you gave us.

If a sale is refunded or charged back after we have paid its commission, we deduct that commission from your future commissions. If there are none, we may ask you to repay it.

You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. Joining requires a completed tax form, which you provide on the sign-up form: a Form W-9 if you are in the United States, or a Form W-8BEN if you are not. We use it for tax reporting, and we may hold payment if it is missing or incomplete.

6. HOW YOU MAY PROMOTE THE COURSE

You must:

• Say clearly, wherever you share your link, that you earn a commission if someone buys through it. Put it close to the link and in plain words, for example "I earn a commission if you buy through this link." The U.S. Federal Trade Commission requires this, and so do we.
• Describe the course accurately, based on what is on our website.
• Follow the law that applies to your promotion, including anti-spam and advertising law.

You must not:

• Promise or suggest that anyone will earn a particular income or result. Bri Hill's figures are her own results, not a prediction of anyone else's. If you mention them, say so. See Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
• Send spam, or send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you.
• Use a buyer's name or email address from your affiliate dashboard for anything except checking your commissions. You may not add buyers to a mailing list, or contact them, unless they have separately agreed to hear from you.
• Bid on "Travel Fee Playbook," or a misspelling or variation of it, or on Bri Hill's name, in paid search advertising.
• Use "Travel Fee Playbook" or Bri Hill's name in a domain name, social media handle, or advertising account name.
• Present yourself as Travel Fee Playbook™ or Bri Hill, suggest that you speak for us, or make pages that could be mistaken for ours.
• Offer a discount or coupon that we have not issued.
• Share course videos, guides, or other paid materials, or your course login, to promote the course.
• Promote the course alongside content that is unlawful, hateful, or deceptive.

While you are in the Program, you may use the Travel Fee Playbook™ name, and any images or copy we give you for the purpose, to promote the course under these Terms. That permission ends when you leave the Program.

7. ENDING THE ARRANGEMENT

You may leave the Program at any time by emailing us. We may end your participation at any time, with or without a reason.

If either of us ends it for any reason other than your breaking these Terms, we pay commission on sales credited to you before it ended, on the normal schedule, once they become payable. If we end it because you broke these Terms, we may withhold commission on sales connected to the breach.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may change these Terms, including the commission rate, by updating this page and emailing affiliates. A change applies only to sales made after it takes effect. Each sale earns commission under the Terms in force when it was made. If you keep promoting the course after a change takes effect, you accept the change.

9. OUR RELATIONSHIP

You take part as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms makes you our employee, partner, or agent. You may not make promises, accept payment, or enter into agreements on our behalf. You pay your own costs of promoting the course.

10. YOUR INFORMATION

We receive the details you give when you sign up through ThriveCart: your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and your tax form, which includes your taxpayer identification number. We also receive the PayPal or Venmo account you ask us to pay. We use them only to run the Program, to pay you, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

11. LIABILITY

The Program, including ThriveCart's tracking, is provided as is. We are not responsible for commission lost because a sale was not tracked or credited for reasons outside our control.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Travel Fee Playbook™ and its owners, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your promotion of the course or your breach of these Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from them shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Before starting any legal action, you agree to contact us at contact@travelfeeplaybook.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.
